Why does this guy have a job again?

Seriously, I've tried hard to like this guy, but it's just not happening. Here's all the reasons I don't like Billy Gillispie:

1. Losses to teams like Garden Ridge and VMI. This is unacceptable at the University of Kentucky.
2. Billy Gillispie is unable to adapt to the talent that he has available at his disposal. Everyone knows that Tubby Smith didn't leave him with the greatest talent in the world. However, Billy G is unable and unwilling to adapt to the players that he currently has on his team.
3. His standard explanation for a loss: "We got whipped." Really!?! You don't say. Explain to the fans why you got 'whipped.' That's actually what most coaches do. Everything with Gillispie seems to be about toughness and competitiveness, not about executing plays and being a sound fundamental basketball team. Oh, and actually winning the games....that's kinda important.
4. Snarky halftime interviews. Who could be mean to a face like this:

Alright so you got me there Billy G. You wouldn't do it if she were Erin Andrews.


5. All of the UK fans that think he's great when he hasn't really accomplished anything.

6. He has a bald spot. Seriously. Just look at it. It's there. I've seen it.

That's it, that's the list. All the reasons you should hate Billy Gillispie.
