It's a Dark Day in the Bluegrass......

after last night's loss to Georgia. I found the following written on the comments section of another blog I frequently read. It pretty much sums up how I feel about University of Kentucky basketball right now. I didn't write this, but I wish I had:

"Let’s say you were dating a really nice, classy girl named Tabitha. She was a pretty good catch, but you always wished she was more of freak. In fact, you always complained that she hadn’t “gone all the way” since 1998.

So you dump Tabitha, even though all of your friends say you are making a terrible mistake. Your first solo move reeks of desperation. You basically throw yourself at the hottest, freakiest girl around, but she turns you down. Embarrassed by this rejection, you hurriedly go out and find another girl. Let’s call that girl Brooke. You really don’t know that much about Brooke. However you are in need of a confidence boost and Brooke seems pretty freaky. Initially you are pleased with Brooke, you even propose to her, but she refuses to sign on to a long term relationship. As time goes on,however, you start to realize that Brooke was not only a freak, she was crazy. Her psychotic behavior has practically destroyed your life. You use to have a big house that everyone else envied, but now Brooke trashed the place leaving Dr. Pepper cans laying all over the place. Meanwhile your little brother, even with all of his tats, is doing quite well for himself. Next thing you know you don’t even have a date to the big dance. Instead you have to go to some lame party with a bunch of mediocre chumps. You end curled up in the fetal position, drunk dialing Tabitha and begging her return. But you know that she can’t come back…"
